JANE ALEXANDER
Strength and peace from my physical practices is my greatest joy. A life long body nerd – division 1 athlete, yoga practitioner since 1985, teaching for the past 10 years, I’ve studied martial arts and dance. My love of mind-body work has me working therapeutically with yoga. I guide clients’ use of the skills and tools yoga has to offer to facilitate their own healing. Yoga certifications include: Inner Peace Yoga Therapy (500 hr) Moksha, Yogaview (200 hr), Structural Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda. Focused training on yoga for pain, grief, anxiety and depression, cancer, cardiac surgery, and physical structural concerns.
