PATTI LUPO

After graduation from Northwestern University, Patti worked as a professional actress and singer in Chicago for many years. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2002 and has been teaching in yoga studios, health clubs, corporate settings and resorts ever since. She also leads a yoga retreat in Umbria, Italy every year with her yoga partner Jenny. She believes wholeheartedly in the physical and mental heath benefits of yoga and that a steady and consistent practice will bring joy, contentment and peace.
