More Than Just Yoga
Niamh Daly has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer, and YACEP. She is also a Somatic Education Coach, Pilates Mat I & II and Small Equipment teacher, trained in the Buff Bones® method and fall prevention, and holds an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition Coaching.

In 2015, Niamh began developing Yoga for Menopause, launching her Certificate in Teaching Yoga for the Stages of Menopause in 2020. She went on to create Yoga-Plus for Bone Health and NeuroSoma Yoga for Brain Health in 2024. Through these programs, she has trained hundreds of yoga teachers worldwide to adapt yoga to support women through menopause, people with low bone density, and those seeking to protect long-term brain health.
Her book, Yoga for Menopause and Beyond, was published by Human Kinetics in 2024 and is available globally.
Niamh also offers Menopause Awareness and Strategy courses for Pilates instructors, personal trainers, psychotherapists, and counsellors. She teaches classes, workshops, courses, and retreats, and supports women one-to-one.
Her teaching is evidence-based, empowering, and achievable, balancing the need for positive stress to build strength in the body, brain, and nervous system with the need for deep, effective rest to support long-term health and longevity.
